Remounts

Hopdeals offer a bespoke remounting service which can include a full refurbishment of any older tanker equipment. We can also source high quality used chassis for the refurbished equipment to be mounted on or supply a brand-new chassis. In addition, we have top class painting facilities to match a brand-new chassis.

Typically, when a unit is remounted it is also fully electrically re-wired & the hydraulic system completely overhauled to a more modern approach. However the extent of the refurbishment is down to the customer, it can be tailored to their budget and needs

Keep it simple is Hopdeals motto when it comes to manufacturing. With machinery getting ever more complicated than actually needed, we can re-work any make of tanker to make it simpler to use, repair and maintain which gives the operator a much more stress-free truck to work with.

Tank Testing

It is important to stay on top of your tankers condition; a tank test is required every 12 months on a vacuum tanker to ensure it is fit for purpose & doesn’t pose any dangers when operating. We have a bespoke hydro testing bay which we use for testing our brand-new builds and used trucks when they come for tank test

In the event your tanker does fail a tank test, we will advise the best course of action as repairs are an option.

Repairs and Maintenance

Not just tankers, Hopdeals can repair & maintain a variety of HGV vehicles. We have a wealth of experience in road sweepers, refuse trucks, gully suckers, gritters & general haulage HGV’s. As we employ our own HGV technicians we can diagnose most faults on the chassis too.

Hopdeals also has a team of experienced welders & fabricators which love a challenge & undertake almost any task not just tanker related.
